Refund Policy

At Uncle Daves Pressure Washing, we believe that pressure cleaning is the magic of water under pressure — and we bring that magic to life for every client. We aim to deliver the highest level of service, and your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service adjustments may be considered, in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws.

1. Our Satisfaction Promise

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our pressure washing services, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to re-clean or correct the issue at no additional cost.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are offered only in cases where the service could not be performed as agreed, and a corrective re-clean is not possible or satisfactory.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to johanphan@DavePressureW.com within 5 days of the scheduled service date.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Appointment Cancellations

  • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at no cost if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee to cover scheduling and operational costs.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • We do not issue refunds for results impacted by external or structural issues beyond our control (e.g., deep staining, paint flaking, or pre-existing surface damage).
  • No refunds will be given for services booked using special discounts or promotional offers unless stated otherwise.
